This project endeavors to create an innovative interface aimed at enhancing the user experience during e-bike rides, prioritizing comfort and convenience by eliminating
the need for external phone applications.

With the increase in urban traffic and air pollution, the use of electric bicycles has become a growing trend. While the battery power of these bikes has improved significantly over the last few years, there needs to be more focus on their interface design.

The following pain points have been identified from customer reviews across multiple e-bike companies.
  • Hardship of handling  phone for navigation during riding.
  • Finding the route that suits their physical strength.
  • The need to have a companion when riding a bicycle.
  • Difficulties biking in winter’s cold or windy weather.

Final ModelAccessibility

To enhance user accessibility during crucial interactions while riding the e-bike at higher speeds, physical buttons are integrated into the string wheel, facilitating effortless navigation of essential functions.
